Marking item as read not reflecting changes on Outlook [Solved]

Items that you mark as read on your blackberry or outlook do not update or take a long time to update on your outlook or blackberry device.

 

Solution

Open the Messages application

Press the Blackberry key

Select Email Reconciliation

Enable Wireless Reconciliation

Delete on: Mailbox and Handheld
